Your client must instruct a solicitor or licensed conveyancer to deal with the legal work for applications. The quickest way to get a mortgage offer issued is to choose a firm already on our approved panel. This is managed for us by Legal Marketing Services (LMS). Please see our guide for more information. This includes how a firm can apply to be added to our panel if they’re not already listed.
